Our disposition experience covers a broad range of companies and asset types and our focus is to provide a structured solution aimed at mitigating losses to the investor, lender or both. In some instances these solutions may involve contributing an asset into a JV allowing the vested parties to defer or avoid all or a portion of their loss and provide a lender the ability to restructure their loan, yet be positioned to benefit from improving market conditions. Another solution uses a sale/leaseback or buyback option structure that allows the seller to monetize their equity position but preserve the option to repurchase a core asset at a predetermined formula when their liquidity improves.

The hands-on operating experience of our team gives us the ability to thoroughly analyze the companies and assets and reach an informed conclusion on the appropriate pricing.
